We are based in the US and all of our products are made in small batches here in South Florida.
We Ship Worldwide
Ships 1-3 Business Days from Purchase for free. Can take 2 to 8 Business Days to arrive based on shipping zone.
USPS First Class Package
Ships 1-3 Business Days from Purchase. Can take 5 to 15 Business Days based on destination.
*From recent experiences, we have noticed that shipments to Canada usually get held up within customs from anywhere from 5 to 10 days which is completely out of our control. The typical time to arrival is 10 to 17 business days.
When Will My Order Ship?
Orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days on standard shipping. UPS takes it from there, and once they have accepted your order, your tracking will update with delivery information. Please allow 24-48 hours from the time you receive your tracking code for it to update. Once it leaves our hands, we no longer have control over your package. Please address any shipping concerns with the tracking provided in your shipment email with your local post, FedEx, UPS, Or DHL.
My Package Arrived Damaged
Something not right with your order? We are happy to help. Please send photos of the damaged product in shipping to email@example.com, and we will assist you further. We must be notified within 48 hours of package arrival. We require photos of both the product and the shipping box and how it arrived.
Where do Volim products come from?
All Volim products are formulated and packaged at our South Florida facilities in the United States. We do not import our formulations. Our focus is on the highest quality ingredients and formulations to ensure you receive the best product possible.
Do you test on animals?
Nope! All of our products are cruelty free.
We have a zero-tolerance policy for testing products on animals.
On the bright side - our products are in fact tested by dermatologists, licensed estheticians, our formulators and volunteer beta testers (which are all humans).
Are your products for sensitive skin?
Yes! All of our products are designed for sensitive skin and go through vigorous testing to ensure that they are non-irritating. If you are experiencing any sort of negative reactions to our products, be sure to stop use and consult your dermatologist.
Are these products safe to use during pregnancy?
We use a lot of mild and natural based ingredients in ideal ratios and we avoid the list of common irritants during this time, but if you are concerned about a specific ingredient, please consult your OBGYN if you are unsure or have questions.
Do these products expire?
Our products are best used within one year of opening to ensure the freshest quality and optimal results. The bathroom is a haven for harmful bacteria, so it is ideal to use all skincare and cosmetics in the same window. Certain products such as our Vitamin C Serum can begin to oxidize and change color after opening.
Is there a guarantee that these products will work?
We can not guarantee users will see results because there are lifestyle factors, medication, and other skincare that could affect the results you see. If you have questions we are happy to help clear up what could slow results down
Can I Return My Products?
Due to the nature of these products, we do not accept returns on opened and used items. Opened items are considered when the individual product box is opened. Unopened items may be returned within 10 days of purchase. If something arrives damaged we will be happy to help. Please note, we require a photo of the damage including how it arrived in the shipping box. Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery of any damage by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org
A few things to note about our products before you buy.
It takes time to see results. Each person is unique in how long it takes to see results. Some need a couple weeks, some need a couple months. Some users see results quickly while others need more time. These products can make you break out before you see clear skin. This doesn't happen to everyone and isn’t specific to our products.
We are not responsible for return shipping costs and do not refund the original cost of shipping.
