Return Policy

Can I Return My Products?
Due to the nature of these products, we do not accept returns on opened and used items. Opened items are considered when the individual product box is opened. Unopened items may be returned within 10 days of purchase. If something arrives damaged we will be happy to help. Please note, we require a photo of the damage including how it arrived in the shipping box. Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery of any damage by emailing support@volimskin.com

A few things to note about our products before you buy.
It takes time to see results. Each person is unique in how long it takes to see results. Some need a couple weeks, some need a couple months. Some users see results quickly while others need more time.

We are not responsible for return shipping costs and do not refund the original cost of shipping.

We reserve the right to refuse any return.
